I paid for a feature but can't find my Ad on the site. Why?

You can clear your cache and cookies to see your ad featured on the site or log off and log back in.

If above doesn't solve your problem, keep in mind that some Gumtree Ads may be delayed by up to 24 hours before they are posted on the site. This happens regardless of if a feature was purchased or not. This is done to help stop SPAM and such bad Ads from being on Gumtree. If you can't find your Ad there's a good chance it was delayed.

If your Ad is delayed then your purchased feature will only start after the Ad appears on the site. In other words, if you buy a 7 day Top Ad when you post an Ad and the Ad gets delayed, then the 7 days will only start after the Ad appears on the site.
